CUR-QFLEX365™ is a dietary supplement consisting of a patented, dispersible and highly bioavailable curcuminoid extract(Curcugen®) in combination with a boswellia serrate extract, standardized to 5% AKBA.

Joint pain and discomfort result from the expression of inflammatory signals such as chemokines and cytokines. These signals are triggered by the influence of wear and tear, trauma or other event over pathways such as cyclooxygenase (COX) and lipoxygenase (LOX). Curcuminoids are natural COX-2 inhibitors, while boswellia acids like AKBA from boswellia are well-regarded LOX inhibitors.The complementary action of CUR-QFLEX365™ as a combination blend offers a comprehensive approach to pain management, as it is formulated to address pain through a more complete loop.

CUR-Q365™ is a standalone Curcugen extract, delivering 50% of curcuminoids alongside other natural turmeric actives like turmeric essential oil, polysaccharides and polar resins; while CUR-QFLEX365™ is a combination product featuring Curcugen but also formulated with boswellia extract.

Both boswellic acids and curcuminoids are powerful natural anti-inflammatory agents, with boswellic acids having complementary benefits in controlling lipooxygenases and edema, and curcuminoids offering profound antioxidant power. Clinical studies on Curcugen® as a standalone ingredient have shown joint support benefits at 500 mg and 1,000 mg per day. Taking CUR-QFLEX365™ with CUR-Q365™ will still get you in this clinical dose range with no additional concerns for safety.

CUR-QFLEX365™ is different than other curcumin-boswellia combos because of Curcugen®'s superior, 39-times enhanced bioavailability and full-spectrum formulation and our boswellia extract’s concentrated, 5% AKBA content. Standard curcuminoids-boswellia combinations may only have limited bioavailability and activity due to the use of a generic extracts.

The Curcugen® component of CUR-Q365™ has been clinically studied as a standalone. Boswellia is known to provide synergistic and complementary benefits to curcuminoids, so the expectation is that the CUR-QFLEX365™ duo would be at least as beneficial as Curcugen® alone, if not more targeted to joint health specifically.

CUR-QFLEX365™ has a suggested recommended dose of 1 capsule, twice per day. For better results, you can increase the dose to 2 caps, twice daily.

Traditionally, curcuminoids are consumed as a dietary spice, taken with foods – therefore the recommendation is that CUR-QFLEX365™ be taken with foods.

Generally, it may take between 2-4 weeks to see benefits, however this is highly individualized as some may see benefits sooner or later.
